Singapore's Hoi Hup Realty has acquired the 309-room Four Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park for $201.8 million — its first entry into the Australian market. The 2018-built hotel at 88 Broadway, Chippendale sits within Sydney's Tech Central precinct, near Central Station and several universities, and has recently added 12 rooms and refreshed its ground-floor F&B. The sale reflects strong demand for tightly held investment-grade Sydney hotel assets, with competitive interest from both domestic and international investors. Marriott continues to manage the property under the Four Points flag.

Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd has emerged as the top bidder for an Executive Condominium (EC) site at Miltonia Close in Yishun. Set within a tranquil, nature-rich precinct near Lower Seletar Reservoir, the 99-year leasehold development is expected to comprise around 450 units across 18–20 storeys, catering to families and HDB upgraders. The site enjoys good connectivity via Khatib MRT Station, major expressways, and the upcoming North-South Corridor, alongside proximity to malls, schools, and recreational amenities.
