A joint venture entity between Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd and Sunway Developments Pte Ltd has been awarded a mixed commercial and residential development site at Tampines Street 94 by HDB after submitting the highest tender price of $668,280,000.00 ($1,004 psf) at close of tender on 19 September 2024.
The site area of the subject site is 23,512 sqm (253,068 sqft) and the maximum GFA allowable is 61,834 sqm (665,581 sqft). The JV company intends to develop approximately 596 new homes above a one storey commercial podium of about 120,000 sqft of commercial space and early childhood development facility.
