The 2018-built hotel at 88 Broadway, Chippendale sits within Sydney's Tech Central precinct, near Central Station and several universities, and has recently added 12 rooms and refreshed its ground-floor F&B. The sale reflects strong demand for tightly held investment-grade Sydney hotel assets, with competitive interest from both domestic and international investors. Marriott continues to manage the property under the Four Points flag.
